iceinyourmusicA cursory reading of my journal will reveal that if this were a fandom, the shippers (= me) would pair me with me: ourloveissoself-involved. That aside, I've been muchly amused by the meme, and by trying to think up answers even for those of you who haven't participated in it. Granted, I didn't come up with anything funny, but at one point there was the expression "like The Sentinel for the thinking woman", and I find it's quite enough.

mazily's clever interview meme questions, but one of these days I will. When my brain's plugged in again, maybe.
Anyway,
the ice dancing turned out most oddly free of crazy-ass drama this year, and I'm happy. I like Denkova/Staviski like I like a very likable (lickable) thing, but, you know. it was all good, in the end.
Also the side-show of the coaches all around. Zhulin smacking big kisses on his wife and on his wife's partner in equal degree, and Tarasova after Griazev's comparatively disastrous short program - "I won't look at you, I won't talk to you. Quit blowing your nose, it's your own fault. Okay, maybe I'll look at you, briefly - no, no, no I won't, it makes me too ill." Really, we should all be Russian.
