Judging by the newspaper alone, the whole of the Netherlands must be going down in flames by now. And. And. And. I'm so exhausted by the crazy, by the wholesale stupid moronic mutual crazy all around. I'd quit smoking, but the cigarettes are the only thing to alleviate my Weltschmerz. Or, last night, my godmother gave me an electric sandwich toaster/grill (what kind of a person has her own electric sandwich toaster/grill? I'm overwhelmed), so I could go and try to set the kitchen on fire with that.
