iceinyourmusicSaw Märta Tikkanen interviewed: she's mindblowingly charismatic in person. Low sharp voice and assured sentences and clever and funny and small and strong and beautiful.
So mother bought me her new book as a birthday present, and I went to get it signed. And Tikkanen smiled at me. I promptly fell in love. Then she handed the book back to me and I mumbled my thanks in bad clipped Swedish and (oh dear lord) curtsied.
Then nothing else of particular importance took place on this particular Saturday.
