It must be a particularly lasting spill-over effect from the Bridget Jones reading that I suddenly feel the need to report that, within the last 36 hours, I've consumed a full 300 g packet of cheese slices, not a single eeny weeny one of which was in any way instrumental to my survival and/or associated with any other foodstuff typically associated with cheese. Also that, despite its being having been super-low-fat-cheese with a taste like wrapping plastic, it works out to about 900 calories. And that's not counting the Mars bar. Or the granola bar. Or the extra creamy yoghurt. It's a wonder I'm not bursting at the seams yet.

A dj in London lived on nothing but Mars bars and Pepsi for three years, or so they tell me. Why do I remember this but not the plots of half of Shakespeare's plays or other such practical everyday things?

wheh, bookmeme snagged off the flist because etc.

PS. There's this thing about my biannual having a late-night smoke out of the kitchen window, namely that I've got to stop doing that. Not just because it is kind of really nasty, but also because it will eventually result in me falling out of the window face first some day, and then splat no more Leea, got what she deserved, bye bye. Did I post this exact same thing the last time I smoked out of the window? I know I thought about it.
